MY PLAN & CONTRACT

  • Our standard contract is one calendar year. Your coverage starts 30 days after the successful onboarding of your home.
  • You can cancel your contract at any time during the contract period. Any claims paid/expenses incurred on your behalf by UPKEEP during the contract period must be reimbursed to us. 
  • You can add a service or increase your coverage for up to 30 days after purchase.
  • If you pay in full, the payment will be processed at the time of application.
  • Our plan has a $75.00 deductible per claim.
  • All the information that we gather about your home will be available and stored in your personal Customer Portal. Information is confidential.
