Upscale Coverage
Upscale Coverage includes:
- Central Air Coolant Recovery
- Up to $500.00 to correct mis-matched HVAC equipment
- Garage door tracks, rollers, springs, keypads and remotes (All Systems Only)
- Removal and disposal of any replaced equipment
- Up to $500.00 for modifications needed on HVAC or Water Heaters
- We cover system failures due to improper installs and repairs
- We pay up to $250.00 for permits for needed repairs
- We pay up to $500.00 for emergency lodging due to covered systems failure
- We pay up to $300.00 for crane service for rooftop units
Also includes upgraded appliance Coverage: $10,000 Limit
- Refrigerator– up to a limit of three thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
- Oven/Range – up to a limit of three thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
- Dishwasher – up to a limit of two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
- Built-in Microwave Oven – up to a limit of two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
- Garbage Disposal – up to a limit of six hundred Dollars ($600.00)
- Washer – up to a limit of two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
- Dryer – up to a limit of two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
- Ice maker - up to a limit of three hundred Dollars ($300.00)
- All appliances will be replaced with like kind and quality
Upper Tier Appliance Coverage
With Upper Tier Appliance Coverage, the limits for each appliance increase to:
- Refrigerator – up to a limit of seven thousand five hundred Dollars ($7,500.00)
- Oven/Range – up to a limit of seven thousand five hundred Dollars ($7,500.00)
- Dishwasher – up to a limit of three thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
- Built-in Microwave Oven – up to a limit of two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)
- Garbage Disposal – up to a limit of one thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
- Washer – up to a limit of two thousand five hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
- Dryer – up to a limit of two thousand five hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
- Ice maker – up to a limit of six hundred Dollars ($600.00)
All appliances will be replaced with like kind and quality.
